Day of fruit picking, baking (and eating!)


It was a lovely sunny morning today (until it rained later on...) so I have decided to take my little daughter fruit picking - again! We have been about 3 times in the last couple of weeks as I love it! The strawberries taste sooo delicious and are really sweet. My daughter was less enthusiastic as you can see from the photo, she found the hay around the strawberries very comfy...





Anyway, we picked some strawberries and also some raspberries and because we had so many (I got a bit carried away picking) I decided to make some Raspberry and white chocolate muffins. They were yummy, here are some photos.

And on that theme, I will be doing a Raspberry themed Folksy Friday treasury tomorrow.

    2nd attempt at typing a comment...for some reason my pc hates the blog site!
    anyways, I was trying to say that this is a lovely thing to do, and that I bet your daughter enjoyed herself =] I recently posted an extremely versatile sponge recipe on my blog, but it's nowhere near as impressive as your raspberry and chocolate muffins!
